Team Management
Collaborate with your team by adding members to your organization. Each member can have different roles with specific permissions.
TeamRoles and Permissions

Inviting Team Members
The invited person receives an email with a link to join your organization.
Managing Invitations
Pending invitations appear in the Team section. You can:
- Resend - Send another invitation email
- Revoke - Cancel a pending invitation before it's accepted
Changing Roles
To change a team member's role:
Only Owners can change someone to the Admin role.
Removing Team Members
To remove someone from your organization:
Removing a team member immediately revokes their access. Any intakes they created remain in the system but can be reassigned.
User Activation
Owners and Admins can temporarily deactivate users:
- Go to Settings > Team
- Find the team member
- Toggle their Active status
Deactivated users cannot log in but their data is preserved.
Team Limits
Team size limits depend on your subscription plan:
