Reminder Settings

Configure automatic reminder emails:

Reminder Sequence

Set the days before due date when reminders are sent:

  • Default: 3, 7, 14, 21 days before due date
  • Customize the sequence in Settings > Reminders
  • Add or remove reminder points

Best Practice

Shorter expiry times improve security but may require more link regeneration. Balance security with client convenience.

Upgrade

To upgrade your plan:

  1. Go to Settings > Billing
  2. Click Upgrade Plan
  3. Select your new plan
  4. Complete payment via Stripe
  5. New features are available immediately

Trial

New organizations get a 14-day free trial with full feature access. Upgrade before trial expires to continue using the platform.

Data Export

Export your organization data:

Go to Settings > Data

Click Export All Data

Wait for the export to generate
4
Download the ZIP file

Exports include:

  • Clients
  • Templates
  • Document Requests (metadata)
  • Audit logs
Security Note

Document files are not included in bulk exports for security. Export individual documents from the request view.
